
Some Bulletproof and Corrective Action sessions include guidance about how much weight to use with the terms “light”, “moderate” and “heavy”.
When in doubt, use your best judgement based on:
- How comfortable you are with the movement
- How well rested you are
- What else you’re doing that day
Percentage Guidelines
Light
25-35% of your 1 rep max
Moderate
55-65% of your 1 rep max
Heavy
85% or more of your 1 rep max
