Basically everything in your body should be tight. The goal is to maintain proper position for as long as possible. We don’t want you bending into a pretzel looking for a more comfortable position.
Pro tip: there isn’t a more comfortable position. They all hurt, so keep it tight.
Also, you should feel this the next morning. If you don’t add time the next time you see it in a Bulletproof workout.
It’s 100% ok to put your knees on the ground to maintain the plank.
